Amali is a United Arab Emirates (UAE) based company.
Shipping within the UAE:
•Shipping takes 2 – 4 working days by a reputable third-party courier company.
•During Sales periods shipping may be extended by extra 2 – 3 days.
•Shipping charges are covered by the customer with a flat shipping rate of AED 20 – 40 on domestic orders.
•Confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the order is out for delivery.
•In case of no contact from the courier company it’s the customers responsibility to follow up by email

Shipping International:
•Shipping will take 7 - 14 working days by a reputable third-party courier company.
•Shipping charges are covered by the customer and delivery fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.

Refund Policy :
•NO refund or exchange is possible.
•In case of any mistake in the order from our-side the item will be replaced subject to informing us within 7 days from delivery date.
